Responsibilities
Supervision of all Acute Care and ER staff nurses
Assignment of duties
Auditing of documentation
Ensuring conformance with policies and procedures
Provision of training and competency of staff
Successful organizational and administrative operation in accordance with current applicable federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations.
